Do you really offer free inspections?
Yes. Every roof inspection is 100% free and no-obligation. We assess the condition of your roof, walk you through what we find, and give you honest, transparent recommendations. There’s never any pressure to sign.
What areas do you serve?
Colorado Springs and the Front Range. Our office is at 890 Point of the Pines Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80919, and we work throughout El Paso and Douglas counties and up into the Denver metro, including Briargate, Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Stratmoor, Security-Widefield, Fountain, Gleneagle, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Castle Rock, Larkspur and Aurora, along with the surrounding neighborhoods. Are you insured?
Yes. Cornerstone Roofing & Restoration carries insurance covering our crews and your property on every job, and we’re happy to provide a certificate before work starts. Worth knowing: Colorado has no statewide roofing license. Registration and permitting are handled by the jurisdiction your property sits in, such as the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, so requirements differ from one address to the next. Ask us and we’ll tell you what applies to yours.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We specialize in storm-damage insurance claims. We’ll inspect and document the damage, meet with your adjuster, and work alongside you to help make sure you receive the coverage you’re entitled to.
Do you offer financing?
We do. Cornerstone has partnered with GoodLeap to offer flexible financing options that fit your budget. GoodLeap is the lender, so your rate and terms come from them.
What if I have a roofing emergency?

Do you work on both homes and commercial buildings?
Yes. We provide residential roofing, repairs, gutters, siding, painting and interior restoration for homeowners, and flat, TPO/EPDM, metal, and coating systems for commercial and industrial properties across Colorado Springs and the Front Range.
What roofing products do you install?
We install Atlas shingles and roofing systems as an Atlas Diamond Contractor, including Class 4 impact-resistant options built to take hail. A Front Range roof has a harder job than most: hail through the spring and summer, intense UV at altitude, downslope wind off the mountains, and freeze-thaw cycling all winter. We specify for those conditions rather than fitting the same roof everywhere, and every installation is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes. Every installation is backed by industry-leading manufacturer warranties on your roofing materials.
